Location: Ski360
(My cousin's cable ski park and restaurant at East Coast)
3rd - 6th dishes: Sharks' fin, Thai chicken, Butter prawns, Braised duck with sea cucumber. Pity I'd omitted the cold dish. It was a pretty array of colours.
7th - 8th dishes: Mixed vegetables, Chilli crabs (a must-have for me)
9th -10th dishes (not in pic): Birthday noodles & Mango pudding
