Standing In The Gap.

Dear God,

I am but only one.

Guide me, God.

To fight for what is right.

For what I plan and am about to do,

Is a bold move in unchartered waters.

It may take days, months, years, decades to fulfil.

I may lose friends, love and possessions along the way.

Do not let me falter in the face of disappointment.

Stay with me.

Carry me.

Lift me, God.

For I cannot do it alone.

Use me to do what is right.

For the glory of Your Kingdom.
