How different would my life have been if Grandfather had not lost the 12 houses?
Certainly, I would have a life of luxury and love.
But, I wouldn't have had to suffer life's experiences, disappointments, pains and emotional struggles.
Then, that would have fashioned an empty Shell out of Me, literally, no?

What I meant was without " life's experiences, disappointments, pains and emotional struggles", I would just be an empty shell.
